Hmmm...I went to my blog this morning and everything was messed up. Totally weird. So, I decided to start over. I'll slowly put everything back up in the next couple days. Darn it.

Holy Humidity, Batman!

Man, it's HOT! I wish it would rain and get it over with. It's SO humid and yucky.

We bought a new car yesterday. It's a Chevy Cobalt and it's Sunburst Orange. Andrew chose the color, if you can believe it. I told him I didn't care, but would have preferred the red. Oh well, such is life. We are supposed to pick it up today at 1.

Cora's going to the zoo today on a class field trip. She was SO excited this morning...you'd think she's never been to the zoo before. We went to the grocery store this morning and got her a disposable camera and her Lunchable.

The Skate A Rama was pretty fun. I was not aware that the kids had to bring their own skates, so the girls didn't skate. They didn't care though. There was a lot of other stuff to keep them occupied. The firetruck was there and it gave people rides in the bucket. They also had one of the hoses hooked up and was letting kids run through the water.

I think Cora has discovered the love of baseball. She sat up last night and watched most of the Tigers game. I had such fun explaining to her all the bits and pieces of the rules. I remember my dad doing that with me.
**Charlene....the Yanks are the DEBILS!!!!**

I haven't scrapped in a few days (GASP), but here are a couple that I did recently.

Remembering

It's Memorial Day. A day of remembering those who are gone. Remembering those who are still here, fighting for freedom. Showing appreciation.

I could only pray that if I was ever called to make the ultimate sacrifice, I would be brave and face it head on. That I would make my fellow soldiers and countrymen proud. I am SO proud to have been a part of our military.

I just want to say THANK YOU to every serviceman and woman. YOU are our country. I'll staunchly support you any chance I get. To those morons who protest at military funerals: ROT IN HELL.
